My Story

I’m Amanda, a late-diagnosed ADHDer (discovered at 46!) who spent years wondering why I could feel "depressed" for an hour, then suddenly be planning my next business idea. It turns out, it wasn’t just depression—it was ADHD.

I’ve been coaching myself since I was 13, devouring every self-help and personal development book I could get my hands on. Back when coaching was still considered an "American trend," I took my first course, and over the years, I kept learning—never feeling quite "good enough" to start as a coach. Until now.

Looking back, I realize I was always coaching ADHD brains—because mine works that way too. It turns out most of my family is neurodivergent, including my young autistic son. This inspired me to dive even deeper into neurodiversity, understanding different brain types, and developing coaching strategies tailored to them.

My Approach

I blend lived experience with professional training to support neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers. I’m a nurse with studies in psychology, public health, and mental health, as well as a certified coach trained in NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. As a Reiki Master, I also integrate energy work for a holistic approach to well-being.  I am a EMCC registered Coach Practitioner.

I know firsthand how traditional coaching methods don’t always work for neurodivergent brains. That’s why I create coaching programs and online courses specifically designed for ADHD, autism, and other neurotypes—embracing our unique ways of thinking, feeling, and thriving.

If you’ve ever felt like you don’t fit the mold, like conventional advice just doesn’t work for your brain, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you navigate life your way—without the pressure to be “neurotypical.”

Let’s work with your brain, not against it.
